Alzheimer Scotland is Scotland’s national dementia charity who support people living with dementia, their carers, families and loved ones.  You can find your local Dementia Resource Centre, Office, and registered daycare service (SOLAS) in the Western Isles at: Alzheimer Scotland (Western Isles), Taigh Shiphoirt, Sinclair Avenue, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2AP.

If you wish to make an appointment, please telephone (01851) 702123 or contact our Dementia Advisors, Ellie Donnelly or Angela Macleod. 

For anyone who is unable to visit the Dementia Resource Centre or lives out with the Stornoway area, we can arrange to visit you at home or contact you via phone/text, email or skype.  We also provide a 24-hour free helpline number: 0808 808 3000.

In addition, we offer:

* Community Activities (in person and digital)

* Ceilidh@home visits

* Dementia Advisor 1-1 support/advice

* Dementia awareness/training.

																									SOLAS is a registered daycare service which offers people living with dementia a safe and comfortable space to socialise, partake in therapeutic activities and pursue hobbies and interests supported by a dedicated and professional team.
